What is the challenge? |
some customer care team members who are on call overnight/early morning, who are required to have their phones wake them up to address inbound issues. Some of these members are also assigned tasks for our software release launches, so they get the daily digest emails with their assigned tasks. Is there a way to adjust the timing of these emails so that they aren't unwelcome wake up calls? |

staff will be tempted to send to a folder and stop checking at the desired level of frequency |
