Enable the AI Assistant to recognize the contents of a given parent folder

Currently, the AI assistant does not consistently recognize the contents of a given folder. There are many scenarios in which this could be useful, including summarizing only the notes in a specific folder, or making changes to only those notes. It should be possible for the AI assistant to understand what records are in a specific folder and work on requests related to only those records.

Would be awesome to be able to analyze a particular Knowledge Base in Aha! Knowledge, make content comparisons and find gaps based on support's conversations with customers. So general scoping would be useful, beyond single records. Pointing to a folder, a knowledge base, etc. and having the agent perform bulk edits, trademark checks, gap analysis, translations, etc.
