Pause Aha notifications while we perform bulk data imports

What is the challenge?

Some of the data bulk changes we do are tied to portfolio management activities that are not relevant to the Aha users, but the users are getting the notifications for the changes we make.

What is the impact?

Today, if we disable and then enable global notifications to handle data bulk changes, the existing notification settings for users who opted not to receive notifications will be impacted. We need a way just to pause the notifications for a few minutes while we handle data imports.

Describe your idea

We want to have the ability to turn off notifications when we update several records across many users through a bulk data import. Once the changes are done we can resume the notifications.
