Dynamically create key results from key results field

What is the challenge?

As new tactical records are being input there are times where new key results are being defined. Today a user would need to go to the objective, then create the key result, then go back to the tactical record and associate it to the key result that was created.

What is the impact?

Increase in number of clicks to create new records and associate to work being built.

Describe your idea

Allow users to create key results from key result fields on records, as the key result is being created provide a space to select which objective the key result should be related to.
