A way to consistently gather usability feedback from users

What is the impact?

Users share usability challenges in email, IMs or sometimes in meetings (Data is inconsistent)

Describe your idea

A feature that can be enabled by the admin, where any Aha! users can click on a "?" or "green sticker on the right side of the scree" similar to Quick Poll and expand to a set of questions to understand better the challenge. Those feedback records, can be converted to any record type (e.g. To-Do, Features, Epics, etc.) to be included in the improvement backlog
