Link between histories

What is the challenge?

It can be difficult to tell the difference between the record-level History tab and the whiteboard history panel or text editor history modal, which contain the option to revert to a previous version.

To make it more discoverable, we should add a way to open the text editor history modal or whiteboard history panel from the record history tab.
