Nested records across workspaces

What is the challenge?

Two separate teams might need to track one piece of work assigned to one team but have visibility into that work on their own workspaces. Currently, two records need to be created, one on each workspace, and moved along the workflow board independently.

What is the impact?

Mirrored records create clutter, don't contain the necessary information and causes confusion around which record should contain the true content. It puts ownership of the team doing the work to move a duplicate along their own workflow board.

Describe your idea

Create a nested record (similar to related) but where they are treated as mirrors so while they may independently appear on each teams roadmap or workflow board, they are linked with one shared status
