Allow Workflow Board to be "Grouped By" a Custom field

What is the challenge?

We have the need to group the Workflow Board by custom fields, such as Product or ART at the Enterprise Level and the "Group By" options are limited

What is the impact?

It is challenging to use the view in it's current form
