What is the challenge? |
We are using the Organisation data for maintaining information related to our customers, such as ideas etc. When we need to communicate with a customer regarding something such as an update that affects them, usually they want us to communicate through a single contact such as their support manager. It would be very helpful if we could record this primary contact for an organisation. |
What is the impact? |
Without this capability we need to implement annoying work arounds for something that could be easily handled in Aha. |
Describe your idea |
Provide the ability to create a custom field of type Contact. The custom field could then be added to any template such as the Organisation template. We should also be able to select this field to be displayed displayed on reports\views. |
