Include Releases in the NNL as a primary data option

What is the challenge?

We use Releases as our primary planning tool (mapped to Epics in ADO). This means we have to create Epics ONLY for the purpose of the NNL which creates a lot of overhead.

What is the impact?

A ton of copy/pasting from the release to the Epic.
