Improve History log for edited comments

What is the challenge?

If I add a comment to a record, the History log will show "You commented on feature X".

If you edit that comment, the log will again say "You commented on feature X".

What is the impact?

This is confusing because a new comment wasn't added, it was edited.

Describe your idea

Change the log entry to say ""You edited a comment on feature X".
