Change "copy" to "duplicate" when this is the action that will follow

What is the challenge?

In a number of places, the term "copy" is used when the action is to "duplicate" the asset.

What is the impact?

Confusion as a new version of an item is created. This created a particular problem when selecting a large group of features on the release board and selecting "copy". This duplicated all of the features leading to a tidy up activity that wasn't much fun. In other areas, copy and duplicate seem to be used effectively so there is just some inconsistency.
