Support agents creating linked ideas from Zendesk tickets need to work more quickly. Drafting descriptive titles to ideas can be a slowdown.

Use GenAI to suggest a title for the idea based on the contents of the ticket. Read the ticket contents, send it to an authoring service, and return the suggested title when the Create Idea window is invoked by the Zendesk user.
