Multiple users editing a priority list should be reflected across all users.

What is the challenge?

There is no single source of truth when multiple users have a priority list open. Multiple product managers are editing a single priority list and changes such as moving the red priority line are not updated in real time. Even for users not editing but just looking at the list don't see the updates in real time.

What is the impact?

This leads to confusion, a multitude of 'saved as' copies, and lack of consensus across teams not to mention what we communicate to customers.

I have to ask in group chats who was the last to edit and to send me their URL since the URL changes when multiple users are editing.

This has added so much time and lack of consensus since we moved to this from the feature board.

Describe your idea

Ensure that when multiple users are editing a Priority List that the changes are updated in realtime across users and no additional URLs are created.
