Right now, all ideas submitted to the portal are accessible/can be seen by many portal users. We want an idea to be visible to only a subset of the employees, like a custom group of select individuals? |
What is the impact? |
This will allow us to restrict views on ideas that are related to security concerns. |

When you review an idea, you can change the visibility of the idea to the appropriate group of portal users. Even if you choose to make an idea not visible in the portal, you can still review it inside Aha! Ideas. Lean more.
