Bug: Roadmap views defaults to fit no matter what

What is the challenge?

Customer brought up when sharing a starter roadmap through either a shared webpage or adding it as a panel in a dashboard the timeframe you selected and saved does not hold if there are records that are on the roadmap that extend past the timeframe selected.

As I was testing this I noticed that I could not get the timeframe on my starter roadmap to cooperate when there was a record that extended beyond my selected custom timeframe, the timeframe view would default to show me the earliest record.

The issue was intermittent though, sometimes it would work, sometimes it would default to the start of the record and sometimes it would just default to include a quarter prior to my selection.
