Use AI in Zendesk Widget

What is the challenge?

Currently when you click the "Link idea" button in the Zendesk widget, it automatically searches for ideas based on the subject line of the email.

What is the impact?

This rarely pulls up the correct idea to link to.

Instead, it would be helpful to use AI to scan the full contents of the email exchange and the ideas in the linked portal to find related idea(s).
