Include ideas with proxy votes in the My organizations filter on ideas portal
What is the challenge? |
Our internal teams use proxy votes to capture which ideas are requested by an organization. We want the organization's portal users to easily see all the ideas that their organization is interested in, including ideas where we logged proxy votes. But today the My organization page only shows the ideas that the customer voted on themselves. |
What is the impact? |
Customer organizations need a full list of all the ideas they are interested in, making it easier for the end users to provide comments and insights in their own words. |

You can enable this with a new option in ideas portal settings. Go to Portal settings -> Overview -> Type -> Organizations. If you have enabled the My organization page, then you will see a new option to include ideas that have a proxy vote.
When a portal user visits the My organization page, they will see all ideas voted on by people in their organization plus any ideas where you have captured a proxy vote on their behalf. They will not see details of the proxy vote.
