Add ability to report on a features sprint history

What is the challenge?

Customers want to track the history of sprint changes on their features so they can see if they are slipping more often than they expect. Aha! offers great reports for showing this sprint by sprint, but the history report would be very powerful for analyzing this over a longer time period

What is the impact?

Currently, reporting on this slippage requires a manual effort to log each slip using something like a custom table.
