Access "time in status" detail when looking at a record

What is the challenge?

When I'm looking at a record and I want to understand the progression between statuses, I have to create an ad hoc report to see what I need. This wastes time and I'd rather just see what I need within the context of my work.

What is the impact?

It takes a lot of time to see information that other applications make readily available.

Describe your idea

When viewing a record such as a feature, it would be nice to see a widget that shows the time-in-status detail right on the record details. Accessing this info could be from a button within the status field or even on the history tab above all the history details.
