What is the challenge? |
We can only apply the red priority lines to the first page of feature and idea priority lists. We have a feature backlog that has 288 features and would like to delineate with priority lines on the rest of the pages (2-5). We can only currently use the red priority lines to dleineate the first page so it's not comprehensive and confuses the team. |
What is the impact? |
Team confusion (especially with new PMs!!), lack of adoption of the new priority lists, inefficient backlog grooming and planning. |
Describe your idea |
Allow red priority lines to be placed beyond page 1 of priority lists OR allow priority lines to be created on pg. 1 then moved to other pages. |
This can be merged into A-I-14980.
We are really struggling with this and continuing to hurt our efforts to have one single backlog.
