We have zero way of making portal users recertify once they've been added

Users who leave their employer still have access to our ideas portal and the IP it contains

Describe your idea

System-generated emails that users need to click a link within to certify they are still employed at their organization. The emails can be configured to auto send based on a timeline of 30, 60, 90 days, etc.
