What is the challenge?

I want to get feedback in surveys that requires asking more than just a single question.

What is the impact?

I don't have to create multiple polls and figure out how to convince users to take them all or how to correlate the answers to multiple polls by the same user. Or I don't need to use another 3rd party survey solution that gives me more flexibility and deeper functionality.

Describe your idea

Let me create polls that can have multiple questions. I think the existing question types are almost sufficient, but I'd also want the option for a short-answer question--basically give me the option to have ONLY the text answer instead of the text on top of another question type.

A limit of 10 or something is fine, if you have to put a limit on it. The current polls let us do something super simple, like a rating or even NPS score, but we're severely limited to the most basic poll possible. One of the best known and most effective Product surveys is the Superhuman survey, and the best version of that requires a handful of questions in a single poll.
