Change empathy session email address

It would be ideal if we could change the empathy session email address to use our own domain so that our customers don't view the email as suspicious and know that it is coming from us. Currently the empathy sessions are sent from feedback@aha.io which is not recognizable for our customers.

    Empathy sessions were sunset on April 11, 2025. Customers told us they instead prefer live calls with customers. If you are looking for a way to manage your customer interviews, we recommend Aha! Discovery.

    Our customers reported that they would not click on the link because of the unkown sender address and uncostumizable email body.
