Integrate Github projects not associated with a repository
Currently the Github integration forces us to select a repository in order to integrate with a project but we have the need to integrate with projects that are not associated with repositories.

Absolutely agree with this especially with a modern microservices architecture. There may be multiple repos associated with a product or capability and managing that many integrations is not realistic for many reasons. I would like to see this more like the Azure DevOps integration where it is project based and not repo based.
+1 We predominatly use GitHub projects that way. It makes it a lot easier to find the projects than having to comb through all the individual repos to find the ones you need. Also, this allows us to bring in issues from multiple repos onto one project board.
