In a public portal today, users are not required to login first to submit an idea, but we do ask for their email address at the end of the form. If they come back to the portal again later to submit another idea, we will ask them to verify their email and set a password. Could you explain a little more about how you would like it to work differently? For example, would you prefer to not ask for their email address at all and have the feedback be completely anonymous?
