What impact would it make? |
We currently have custom fields at the workspace level and would like to be able to create automations based on when those fields are changed. For example: We have a custom user field "Program Manager" at the workspace level and we'd like to cascade the value of "Program Manager" from the workspace level to all records within that workspace on a similarly named custom field. If the Program Manager for a workspace leaves the company, we'd like to be able to update it at the workspace level and have all records within that workspace be updated with the new value. |
How should it work? |
Just like other automation rules. Add another rule option to dropdown on automations "Add Rule" button for "Add Workspace" See attached screenshot. |
Same requirement. We have workspace "focals" set at the workspace level for marketing, sales, support etc. We want to keep these in sync across the workspace records when they get updated
We have the same exact need. We track the main product manager and product leader for each product (ie. workspace) and need to do a few different things if those names change. Hence, the need for an automation rule for the workspace record.
