Timestamps for Ideas Comments in New Ideas Portal Layout

Who would benefit?

It would be beneficial for customers to be able to see a timestamp for when a comment was posted. Similar to what already exists in the Classic Ideas portal.

What impact would it make?

Keep comments more organized and digestible. Sometimes there are a lot of comments on an Idea. It would help customers to be able to read the time a comment was posted.

How should it work?

Implement a timestamp for new comments posted under an Idea. Just like how the Classic Ideas portal works currently.
