The widget subtitle, which is where a longer description can be placed, doesn't allow HTML formatting so it's very limited with styling. Changing that single text field box to a design text field box would be much better.

The capability of custom the form and content into the widget would be very useful for our needs.
Our users don't know Aha!: the widget lives inside our own applications and websites, so it must match our design system. Today the form looks like a third-party add-on, which lowers trust and is a blocker for wider deployment.
We'd like:
custom CSS on the widget content (per widget or via the portal's custom CSS),
customizable HTML templates for key elements,
a full white-label option with no Aha!-specific branding.
