Customize which workspaces allow Aha! idea submission

We are using one ideas portal and have it set up to have all entries land in one Ideas Workspace. Our teams then use categories to organize the idea intake and promote the ideas into Portfolio workspaces when they are ready to proceed with the idea. However, users will occasionally submit ideas from the Aha! webpage and have the option to select from multiple workspaces for the Idea to land in. We would suggest allowing for the customization of the selection of workspaces from the dropdown on "Create idea" so ideas don't get lost.

Hi Austin - We are doing that today for idea intake from the ideas portal. My Idea was specific to submitting an Idea from the Aha! webpage via "create idea", not the portal. I had reached out to Aha! support and they suggested that I submit an idea for the customization of the workspace selection from the Idea submission from the Aha! webpage. Please see the attached photo for additional details. All of the blacked out lines under "For workspace" are workspaces a Reviewer could choose when submitting an idea from the Aha! webpage. I would only want to provide the one option for the "Ideas" workspace here, similar to how we are routing our idea intake from the portal.
Hi there, thank you for your idea. This is currently possible. Within portal settings you can control which workspaces the portal is used for. Given the use case you mentioned, we would suggest only selecting the workspace you want all ideas to be created in and no others. Having only a single workspace selected will completely remove the option to choose a workspace when adding an idea in that portal.
