Enhance security features for webhooks

Use case: building a custom integration between Aha! and a 3rd party application using the activity webhook.

Request is for two security enhancements:

1. Add HMAC signing/authentication support
2. Support authenticated connections using a token in HTTP header

JIRA Cloud now requires a secret to be passed in the HTTP header for incoming webhooks, this change is in compliance with security standards like FedRAMP.
