Any update on the feature enablement. i am looking specifically for the below

Any form of auth would be better than none
This feature is important for us to integrate the Security tool for log forwarding, Security tool need a token in URL
JIRA Cloud now requires a secret to be passed in the HTTP header for incoming webhooks, this change is in compliance with security standards like FedRAMP.
