Would love to see a dovetail integration so we can map UXR into our Aha Initiative, Epics, etc.
YES. This would be huge. Dovetail is the most powerful tool I’ve seen for product/UX research, but it doesn’t tie into Salesforce or a source of truth on the customer like Aha does. Yet Aha is weak on the research/feedback side, but has a great Salesforce integration.
Need to be able to have feedback/notes and updates push into Aha, which could feed into other integrations.
These two together would be a match made in Heaven. 😍
