Navigation of the 'Objectives' section Merged

Currently it is difficult to review objectives due to the table being so large and resulting in having to scroll up/down and left/right.

As a user it would help if the view can be configured to suit preferences e.g. use filters to display objectives for a specific year and adjust the width/height of columns/rows.
