Prioritization views: enable multi-select to drag and drop multiple records for prioritization

Adding a comment as I came to submit an idea on the same topic but from the other direction - i have a long list of ranked priorities (because its easy to bulk select all and move them onto the list), but now i need to move a chunk back based on status. there is no way to do this as a bulk action, i have to manually select each initiative and drag and drop. very unhelpful.

Title: Bulk remove selected initiatives from a prioritization view

Description:
Initiative prioritization views do not currently provide a way to select multiple ranked initiatives and move them back to Unranked in one action. Users must drag initiatives individually, which makes maintaining large priority lists time-consuming.

Proposed functionality:
Allow users to select multiple ranked initiatives and choose Move to Unranked. This should remove the selected initiatives from the current view’s ranked list without deleting the records or changing their fields or rankings in other views.

Value:
Makes roadmap reviews and reprioritization faster, reduces repetitive manual work, and provides a safe way to clear initiatives from a priority list without deleting them.

Acceptance criteria:

Select multiple ranked initiatives.

Move all selected initiatives to Unranked in one action.

Preserve initiative records and field values

Clearly distinguish this action from deleting records.
