Support creating default assignees for Ideas categories Merged

We're using categories in our Ideas portal to align to more domain specific areas in our product (workspace). Rather than creating sub-workspaces for these domains, we're doing this all in one workspace. For example: data protection, security policies, etc.

Today, you can assign everything to just one owner. I would love to use categories to go to a specific assignee.
