Freeze custom roadmap header in when viewed in shared webpage Merged

Freeze the header of a custom roadmap that is shared to external users as a webpage so that the header is still displayed as users scroll down the roadmap. This is useful so users are aware of the timeline on the custom roadmap.

Fixed headers in secure webpage reports

When I create a (pivot) report and scroll down, the headers stay fixed. Not so when I create a secure webpage of that report. Idea: make sure in secure webpage reports headers also stay fixed.
