Log in button not visible

Log in button not visible to a new user when he/she first visits the portal. It is below "filter by categories" section and hard to locate. Can log in button be below "add a new idea" button or on the top of the page so its visible to the new users

Making the "Product" dropdown non-mandatory enables people to submit ideas for NEW products or for products not listed. The only workaround I can find so far is to create a Product called "New Product" or "Unlisted" and for the user to select that...

Users without surname cannot be added.

In some cultures people have only first name. The Surname field is required by default and it causes problems with creation of new seat.

if a specific field requieres more details the person entering the idea will be able to click (somewhere) and either open a pop up window with more information, a link to a specific site or a link to pdf

Add the ability to define a default TAG that is automatically added to every idea entered via the Ideas portal.

In order to easily identify those ideas that come in via the portal, we add a FEATURE_REQUEST tag to every item. It would be a real time-saver if this could be automated.
