Separate Employee & Client Visibility in the Ideas Portal

When my co-workers submit their product gripes on our internal ideas portal, I want it to be internally visible only by default.

Disable idea email notifications by status

We archive ideas that are over a year old and have not received any votes to simplify our internal research. In most cases, these Ideas are already marked Will Not Do, so our customers don't need another notification that we're still not doing it....

Allow showing only a user's first name in the idea portal

Currently one can choose between anonymous or full first and last name. Would like to be able to have some middle configuration. For example First name first initial of last name. Dan A in my case...

Add ability for a user to 'unvote' for an idea, if they have previously 'voted' for it

Sometimes people click when they didn't quite mean to or maybe change their opinion. Perhaps persuasive comments in the thread or other factors means they change their mind. However, seems there's no way for a user to undo or 'unvote' for an idea ...

Allow emails to be sent from a non Aha IP address

Many of our customers have tight email firewalls. Our IP addresses have been whitelisted for our transactional emails. It would be much easier if Aha let us use our IP addresses to send emails related to our ideas portal.

Default Ideas Category

Option to Default the Ideas Category so users do not need to keep selecting most used Category.
