Slack integration does not distinguish between internal vs external user

I created the integration to Slack so I can have messages posted when a new idea is created. However, I cannot tell whether the user is internal or external.

Allow portal users to display company and title

When our team is commenting back on ideas, we want our customers to know they are employees and their title. We would also like customer to be able to edit their profile and show their title.

Lock down Category

It will be useful to lock down selected Categories.Eg. Users to Vote only on Category 1 (approved by admin) but not able to create ideas under this Category. Users can create/vote on new ideas under Category 2.

As an Aha idea portal admin, I would like the ability to make the first two fields into custom fields so all products under a product line can inherit from one idea portal format(consistency)

Add advance search function to ideas portal

Currently the ideas portal search function allows only the search of idea titles. Adding an advanced search function with options to search by originator or search within comments will make the system more navigable.
