Employees & partners should have the ability to control the idea visibility

Currently, the only way to make an employee idea visible is for an Aha! user to toggle the visibility. It would be nice if employees could mark an idea "Visible for everyone" at the time of its creation.

Add badges to place on site to direct users to ideas portal

Update idea status to "will not implement" when related story will not be implemented

As a story evolves from an idea, it may be decided that the story is not worth implementing. Currently it doesn't seem that story status changing to "will not implement" will also update the related idea.
